Promotions cannot be combined and refunds are issued in cash on pickup.
Due to the unpredictability of the business, advance reservations are highly recommended.
We use Paypal to process payments. You can securely use your credit card without joining Paypal.
Refunds are available for cancellations requested earler than 14 business days excluding the day/date of your reservation. If you have a medical reason for your cancellation, we will provide a 50% refund
There must be a minimum of 6 people booked on any calendar day in order for the bus to operate. If there is less than 6 people then the bus trip will be cancelled.
If you have not reserved a time to be picked up or dropped off, call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
West Coast Shuttle is a small family run business, locally owned and operated. Our vans are comfortable, clean, air-conditioned, and are mechanically inspected regularly for safety. So, sit back and enjoy the ride knowing you are in good hands.
